The Basics

This is Version2.1 the first incarnation based on a concept I call, Personalized, Evolutionary, Participatory, Information"... PEPI...
The PEPI concept states that online information should be "Personalized" for the user and wherever possible by the user, "Evolutionary" in that another person may add their thoughts or images to create something new, and "Participatory" in that the channels of communication should be always open. These are the building blocks of HTMLhacks....
HTMLhacks... also represents a new and growing communications discipline called HYPERMEDIA which is still in it's evolutionary stage of development.
HYPERMEDIA in turn has given birth to HYPERMARKETING a discipline for offering information, goods and services online.
HYPERMEDIA and HYPERMARKETING can be discribed as a relationship building concepts -- where the local content on your computer or server joins with worldwide content though hyperlinks to "construct" linked inter-related content that meets some message, publishing or marketing compilation goal.
HTMLhacks... through PEPI and HYPERMEDIA and HYPERMARKETING merges this new concept of inter-related content with a focus on inter-relationships between people, places and things.
